"1987 was the last year for the Buick Regal and the Grand National . 26,555 Turbo Regals were sold, of which 20,193 were Grand Nationals. Buick made some changes to the powertrain and power increased to 345 bhp and 355 lb-ft and 245 horse power.
The 1987 was the fastest accelerating production car until the 1993 Porsche Carrera.

- Diff 3.42 gears limited slip
- Alcohol injection system
- Gnx style after market dash with VDO guages
- Heads are ported to race
- 3" downpipe and stainless steel exhaust with cutout switch for racing
- 42 lbs injectors
- 8 * 16 black tta gnx style rims
- 340 walbro fuel pump
- 14 " k and n with cyclops fiberglass air dam
- Brake conversion to Vacuum Conversion with a Vacuum Canister and heavy duty rear brake cylinders
- Hurst line lock
- Alpine stereo system with 12 cd changer in rear and amplifier
- Speakers(infinity kaapa rear) 2 rear 2 side(mb quartz) door 2 tweaters(alpine)
- Re-inforced steel bars in truck, and under car in front braces and in motor compartment
- Bilstein shocks
- rear spoiler
